1. Live Plant Guarantee
We take great care in packaging our plants for shipping. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by carrier delays, weather conditions, or mishandling once the package leaves our hands. Please unbox your plant immediately upon arrival.
2. Shipping
All plants are shipped bare-root unless stated otherwise. We ship early in the week (Mon–Wed) to avoid weekend delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final. If your plant arrives with severe damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.
4. Pest-Free Promise
We inspect every plant before shipment. While we cannot guarantee a completely pest-free environment, we take strong preventative measures to ensure healthy plants.
5. Grower’s Choice
Plant size, shape, and variegation may vary slightly. Listings labeled “Grower’s Choice” mean you will receive a plant similar in quality to the one shown, but not the exact plant.
6. Cold Weather Disclaimer
Buyers are responsible for adding a heat pack if temps are below 40°F in your area. We are not liable for cold damage if a heat pack is not purchased.
7. Toxicity Notice
Unless otherwise noted, plants are not pet safe. Please research plant safety before purchasing.
8. Local Pickup & Events
Local pickup is available by appointment. For sales at events or markets, plants are sold as-is and must be inspected at the time of purchase.
At Lush Lady Plants, we take pride in offering healthy, high-quality plants. Due to the delicate nature of live plants and the conditions of shipping, we have the following return and refund guidelines:
All Sales are Final-
We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants. Please make your selections carefully and reach out with any questions before placing your order.
Damaged Plants-
If your plant arrives severely damaged:
We will review the case and, if appropriate, offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement (if stock allows). Refunds or replacements are granted at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations-
We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to:
Lost or Stolen Packages-
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund stolen packages.
Pest Claims-
We inspect each plant carefully before shipping. While pests are rare, if you suspect an issue, contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
